AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPA‘ HANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA, HELD AT THE COURT HOUSE OF SAID COUNTY ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 1959.' PRESENT: E. M. JONES, CHAIRMAN, H. A. FOSTER, L. H. LUTTRELL, A. 1H. BUCKNER, E M. ESTES and H. B. WOOD. Supervisor H. A. Foster moved that the Board of Supervisors refuse payment of any claim or claims made by any person or persons for livestock or poultry killed by dogs unless and until such loss is immediately reported to the Dog Warden of die County and investigation made by said Warden of tfie loss sustained, said motion was duly seconded by Supervisor A. H. Buckner, and said motion being voted upon, was thereupon unanimously approved and adopted by all members present.
