LucyiDwyer Cornell
Lucy Jane Dwyer Cornell, 72, widow of Silas M. Cornell, died December 4 at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, Va.
She was born in Rappahannock County, the daughter of the late Alfred and Mary Judd Dwyer.
Mia. Cornell is survived by one son, Lee Cornell of Sperryville; two daughters, Mrs. Ray Dwyei of Elkwood, Va. and Mrs. George Johnson of Hardwood, Va.; one grandson* George Lee Johnson; and one brother, David M. Dwyer of Sperryville. -
Services were conducted from Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper Sunday, December 6 by Rev. Jerry Holloway, with interment in Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.
Pallbearers were Douglas Waters, Alvah Waters, James Cornell, Clyde Atkins, Julian Brown and J. R. Shade.
