Red Cross Meeting
Wednesday, January 13 the monthly board meeting of th Fauquier Chapter of the Red Cross took place in the chapter rooms.
After the report of the treasurer and Home Service and Fund Campaign reports, Mrs, John Cutting, acting chairman in the absence of that a Nurses Aid program will be organized in the near future by Mrs. Charles Knox. Airs. Perry, who is the new head of nurses at Fauquier Hospital, will make herself responsible for the "in hospital training" of volunteers.
Mrs. Bentley will head the nominating committee for the election of board members which will take place in May.
Harry Gray, chairman of the Fund Campaign of the chapter announced that letters will be mailed to perspective donors in Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties on February 23. On a national basis, Sunday, March 13 has been designated as Red Cross Sunday. Monday. March 14 will open the Fund Raising Campaign^—
