Action Auto Parts in Amissville, operated by Mack Bishop was broken into Saturday night about 8 p.m. for the second time in two weeks.
Felix Barbour, a 15 year old colored boy, was apprehended as he * tried to escape by swinging from a - second story window.
When Mr. Bishop entered the building which had been closed since six o’clock, he noticed a window had been removed. Further searching disclosed $t(t in change, cartons of cigarettes and packages of cookies were missing. Trooper W. .Buntin was summoned and arrested Barbour, who indicated that another party was also connected in the two thefts.
