Consists of: 3,000 crates; 500-gallon Friend Spray Rig with Aqua Jet Booms on truck; one 500-gallon supply tank on truck; 1 International M tractor and mower; 1 Oliver 70 tractor; 1 Dodge piek-up truck (dump bed); 1 Dodge 2-lion dump truck with steel dump bed; 1 Ford station wagon; onp 3,000-gallon steel water tank; 43 peach ladders, 6 to 10 feet; 69 picking buckets; 10 picking sacks; 4 ten-foot section of conveyer track; lset of power pruners and compressor with 50-ft. hqst; a pruning platform; 2 rubber tired wagons; 1 hay loader; it manure spreader; 1 side delivery rake (New Idea) ; 2 orchard discs; 4 gas lanterns; 1 Hudson self feeler for hogs; 1 tree tiller; Wheels and tires for Dodge and: Chevy trucks; 10-window sash, 24 it 27; 2 gas motors; 1 new radiator core for '35 Chevrolet; 2 cross Cut saws; a number of horse plows; 1 wood sawand belt; 62 sections of drain tile; lot of assorted steel pipe; 1 Hardy spray boonl; smalll tools and many other articles used in the operation ofj this farm and orchard too numerous to mention.

TRACTS.
TRACT NO. 1: Contains 54 acres, 3 roods, 7 poles and fronts on the west side of Route 651; is improved by a seven room house with cellar, a bam, a machine shed, and packing shed, two wells, cistern and 50 acres of bearing peach orchard. This tract will be offered first.
TRACT NO; 2: Consists of 130 acres, 3roods, 2 poles and fronts on the east side of Route 651; is improved iby a six room house, a bam, a cistern, and two ponds. Over 20 acres is in bearing peach orchard. This tract will be offered second.
All of this land is in a high state of cultivation except for a few acres of woodland. It is 3% miles from Winchester and the B & O railroad fronts the entire length of Tract No. 2. All of this land is highly desireable as a development.
All of the above property will be absolutely sold on the 23rd day of March, 1960 by order of a dissolution (action of all of the stockholders of Tremonti Orchards, Incorporated.
