Apprehandod For Theft And Breaking And Entering
Ned Atkins of Sperryville was apprehended at his home Wednesday morning after a 1954 Chevrolet! which had been stolon in Stanley, Va. was found in his possession. He was also questioned about and admitted to the breaking and entering of Bradley Atkins Service Station at Sperryville ? Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. He gained entry to the filling station through a window and took oil and cigarettes after failing to get die gasoline pumps to operate.
State Police Buntin and Stevens took Atkins into custody.
