Overweight is our number one nutritional problem. Too many pounds make you tire easily, look unattractive, be less efficient and have a short life span.
Teaming with others who have the same problem makes it easier to take off pounds.
This group will have a series, of eight meetings in the next four months with interesting programs planned.
Persons interested are asked to attend the first meeting tonight.
