James Beckwith Dies
In Massachusetts
J(ames BeckwftJ* *of Rokbury, Mass., died Thursday, November 2 in a Boston, Mass, nursing home of an acute heart condition. A retired Pullman porter, he was a former resident of Washington, Va., and a son of the late Robert Beckwith aiid Alice Grigsby Beckwith. He was 85.
Funeral services were held Sunday, November 5, from Promised i Land Baptist Church near Washj ington, Va. Pallbearers were Morris Grigsby, John Clanagan,, Albert Gatewood, William Fletcher, : J. R. Carter and John Judd,
Interment was in the church j cemetery.
