“Two bits, four bits .... these familiar words rang out of the gym last week as the cheer leader tryouts were held. The new members of the squad are Virginia Bradford, Dana Snead and Linda Rowzie. They will join Sue Many, Kay Johnston and Sally Latham in cheering our basketball teams to victory this year.
Basketball practice has begun. This is very -much in evidence as agonized girls and boys limp down the halls after giving those muscles a good workout.
Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Tests were introduced to the Junior class of Rapp’k High this year.
