Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler and family of Arlington were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Butler.

Mrs. J. C. Burney and daughter Lora Jane of Washington, D. C., spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hitt. Miss Tacy Coral Hitt, who has been at the Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville, will $>e discharged Friday.

Mrs. Weldon Burke and Mrs. James Falls spent Tuesday in Charlottesville.

Mrs. Lily Barber returned to her home last week after spending the winter with Dr. and Mrs. Alfred Armstrong in Williamsburg. Mrs. Armstrong accompanied her home.

Misses Lillie and Nellie Johnson and U. G. Carder were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson.
