RESOLUTION
WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA
May 6, 1963 The following resolution was passed by unanimous vote at the regular meeting of Board of Directors of the Rappahannock National Bank held in their banking house on Monday, May 6, 1963. I WHEREAS, it has pleased Almighty God to remove from our midst, Wade H. Massie, Jr.; WHERFAS, Wade H. Massie, Jr., has served this bank a number of years as Director and Officer anj has given his time and loyalty to this bank; THEREFORE; We, the Directors of the Rappahannock National Bank wish to express our loss, the loss to the Bank, and the loss to the Community at the passing of Wade H. Massie, Jr.; further, we direct, that a copy of this resolution be spread upon our Minute hook, a copy be sent to the family of Wade H. Massie, Jr., and a copy be published in the Rappahannock News.
