Mrs. Margaret M. Stevens

Mrs. Margaret Miller Stevens of

St. Petersburg, Fl^da died Macfifek 9, 197Q^«<nr the Orange Memorial Hospital in Orlando. She was the widow of William Stuart Stevens. Mrs. Stevens was bom at “Hawthorn” in Rappahannock County, daughterr of the late John James and Lucy E. Miller. Surviving are a son, William Stuart, jr. of St. Petersburg, Fla. and a brother, G. Brown Miller of Peola Mills. An interment service will be i held Saturday at 1 p.m. in Smithfield, N. C.

Mrs. Lula Kindall i

[ Mrs. Lula Seal Kindall, 73, of 1 Front Royal died March 9, 1970 in Warren Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Rappahannock County, the daughter of the late Edward W. and Nannie Presgraves Seal, and the widow of the Rev. John K. Kindall. Survivors include a son, John William Kindall of Washington, Va.; three daughters, Mrs. Lester Payne, Front Royal, Mrs. Archie Bailey of Arlington and Mrs. Reid Sisk of Stephenson; a brother, Virgil Seal of Woodstock; two sisters, Mrs. Lucy Kendall of Front Royal and Mrs. Susie Lucas of Mt. Airy, Md.; 13 grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock Thursday (today) in the Front Royal Church of the Brethren. Interment will be in the Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery at Luray.

Amissville Banquet

The Amissville Ladies Auxiliary will entertain the local fin company, friends and guests al the regular firemens banquet or Friday, March 20.
