Xmas Decorating

On Thursday, December 3, at 1:30 p.m. at the Trinity Episcopal Parish Hall, Washington, Virginia,. Mis. Heler, Clay pool, Electrical Living Specialist at Potomac Edison, Winchester, will be present to give a program on “Decorating with Light For Christmas’’. Mrs. Claypool’s topic will cover the interior and the exterior of the home. The program is being sponsored by the Extension Division of V.P.I. and the public is invited to attend.

Are you interested in refinishing or upholstering a piece of furniture? Would you like to learn to repair small engines or home appliances; maybe learn to type, carve or cane a chair? The opportunity for these or more classes is open to all adults in this area and classes are scheduled to begin early in January.
These classes have been popular for the past few years and registration is now open for those Interested. Classes will be held at Rappahannock County High School each Thursday night for nine weeks beginning January 7, 1971. Send your application for enrollment to Mrs. Mary Cleverley, Box 8, Flint Hill, Va. 22627 by November 30. At least ten persons must enroll in each class to make them feasible, so get your name with an application fee of $1 to Mrs. Cleverley immediately. An additional charge of $4 will be due opening night of the school.
