Manslaughter Cases
Sent to Grand Jury
A hearing in Rappahannock County Court for Randolph W. Starks of Woodville took place Friday, November 13. Starks was arrested on two charges of manslaughter following a traffic crash September 13 in which two Negro youth were killed. He was hospitalized for sometime after the crash which also resulted in the amputation of his arm.
The case was sent on to the grand jury.
