AN INVITATION TO RAPPAHANNOCK LOVERS OF ROCK MILLS
Because, after 18 years of it, we can no longer clean up the trash, garbage and beer cans left on our property by the careless FEW, we are forced to ask publicly for the help of the MANY— the many who appreciate ROARIN’ ROCK MILLS enough to request the owner’s permission to come on the property for swimming, fishing and recreation. There is only ONE ROCK MILLS, but it is PRIVATE PROPERTY. As every AMERICAN respects private property, as his own constitutional right, perhaps this coming FOURTH OF JULY will be an appropriate occasion for demonstrating respect and appreciation for one of America’s most beautiful spots, ROARIN’ROCK MILLS, our very own little piece of this great land. Please, friends, if headed this way for the Fourth, stop by the cottage to say “Hello” and ASK permission to use our property. Happy Fourth.
