Jim Lincoln, declared in Warrenton Friday. ; “People, parents, pastors, pupils—all are now demanding solid Christian content, firm clear teaching, in church schools and from the pulpit,” he con-1 eluded. “The Teal Currie-? ulum is exactly suited to this new emphasis, and to this very real need.” J The all-day session for church school teachers and clergy with Mr. Lincoln met in St. James’, Warrenton, on July 13. More than 30 delegates attended from churches in Brandy Station, Casanova, Catlett, Deleplane, Leesburg, Marshall, Oatlands, Orange, Remington and Washington.
“Church schools can no longer assume any Biblical or Christian knowledge whatever in their pupils,” said Mr. Lincoln, who was. f<jr 15 years director of Christian Education for the Diocese of Virginia.
