At the artist and committee party on Sunday evening at the Washington Fire Hall special gratitude and recognition was extended through our hearts and our applause to Claudia Mitchell, founder of the event four years ago. Claudia has been in the hospital and could not be there, but her creative genius and generosity of spirit was evident in the life and spirit of this event. Again, our congratulations
