Nia Aerobics

Low impact aerobics dasses are offered by certified instructor Linda Heimstra in the big sunny classroom studio at The Link. This particular style is called the Nia Technique and it combines modem dance with martial arts and yoga for a complete workout that leaves a student invigorated yet peaceful.
