Notice is hereby|given that a statement has been tiled by Hans C. Madsen, with the Clerk ol' the District Court of said Audubon Count}', Iowa, alleging that he is a resideut of the town of Kimballton, Audubon County, Iowa, and that he has resided in said town of Kimballton tor more than live years last past that he ,-was born at Soby Island of Aero, Defimark, January 1st, 1877 and immigrated to the United Btateuton or about February ,-1806 that he is 5 feet 7 inches in height and has black liair and brown eyes, and further alleging that lie desires to have his name of Hans C. Madsen,'[changed to Hans C. Madsen Nordby that he is the owner of lots twenty (20) and twenty one (21), block one (1) aud lots five (5) and six (6), block nine (9), all in the town of Kimballton, Iowa, and that such change will become effective upon publication of this notice for tour successive weeks in the Audubon County Journal, a newspaper published at Exira, Iowa.
