BE IT RESOLVED: that said Audubon County Iowa, in consideration of the building and erection of a fr«e public library building upon the real estate herein—after described, does hereby grant and convey unto the Board of Library Trustee of Audubon, Iowa, and their successors in office, all its right title and interest in and to a certain strip or parcel of land in tho Town of Audubon Iowa, and full authority and right to build, erect and maintain a free Public Library, tliereou said real estate being described as follows, towit:
