The said Real Estate may be used and occupied as a site for a Free Public Library Building so long as it is used tor that purpose: said building to be used for public and educational purposes only and in event that said building ceases to be so used, all right, title and interest in and to said premises shall revert to Audubon County Iowa, it being the intention to waive what-/ ever right said grantor may have in said premises under said deed above refered to, and to authorize ehe use thereof for library purposes.
