(Sunset Cottages, the large and modern, tourist court on. the Lee Highway between Sperryviile and Luray, has been sold by Mr. E. B. ■■Connell to Mr. Victor R. Beauchamp, a prominent contract builder 'of Washington, D. C.
The property consists of two • landscaped acres, a modern sev. en-room brick residence and nineteen other buildings. It haa been operated by Mr. and Mse. Connell .for the • past two years.
Mr. Beauchamp purchased the property for relatives, .who will shortly take charge. Extensive improvements are planned by the new owner. t V-J'

Program Over WFTR
The Glee club of Washington High School will present a musical program over WFTR Broadcasting station, Front Royal, tonight, December 15, at 8 p.m. Christmas carols will be sung and the story of Silent Night will be dramatized. D. C. Link will be the narrator and the program will be under the direction of Miss Katherine Wood, county music instructor.
Trial Justice Cases
Ennis Clark of Luray was tried at the Trial Justice court, Washington, on Monday on charges of speeding in the vicinity of a school zone. He was fined $27.85 and given a five-day jail sentence.
Kinsey Atkins of Sperryviile was art-ested for breaking and entering the meat house of Harrison Atkins near Sperryviile on Wednesday nighf, December 7. He was arrested several hours after the robbery. His case was heard Monday before Trial Justice B. M. Miller and was sent to grand jury which meets January 9.
