CHURCH SERVICES
Rev. J. David Menchbofer will speak on the topic, “The Christian’s Confidence” at the services this Sunday at Jeffersonton at 11 o'clock; Oak Shade at 3 p.m. and Washington at 7:30. Claude Cook will deliver the 9:45 message at Wiliis Chapel. Church school will be conducted at Willis Chapel by 9 o'clock and at Flint Hill, Sperryville and Amissville at 10 o’clock.
Services will be conducted Sunday, September 13 at 11 a.m. in the Washington Baptist church, Washington, Va. The topic of the message is “Making Your Life Count.” The public is welcome. The Thursday evening Bible class will be held Thursday, September 10 at 7:30. Come and bring your Bibles. We are studying the 3rd chapter of St. John. You will not want to miss these periods of study together. In this chapter we see the winding up of the old Economy of God and the beginning of the new. You are invited to attend.
