“Use of the Master.... Mix” was * demonstrated to the foods leaders. These leaders will give the demonstration to their H. D. Club in December.

Huntly Ft. D. Club selected Supplies for Reager School children as their community project for the coming year. Pencils, papers and crayons were the gifts given this month. The members brought gifts they had made for Christmas Gifts. Gifts shown were a tray, sweater colar, jewel cake, sewing apron and peaches. Mrs. Gentry and Miss Mattie Robinsoa then served jewel cake and peaches. _ Mrs. Charlotte Nichols entertained Sperryville H. D. club at her home Wednesday night. The club completed the hostess list for six months. Mrs. Niciiols and the agent demonstrated making cookies—a suggestion for “Simple Holiday Refreshments.” Mrs. Anne Thompson baked and decorated pumpkin cookies and also Santa and Christmas Tree cookies. Mrs. Clabert Smoot was hostess to Foddersrtack H. D. group Thursday. “Inexpensive and Nutritious Oven Meals” were demonstrated and enjoyed by all. s Mrs. John Williams entertained Massanova H. D. Friday evening. The group recovered 5 lamp shades during the meeting. The room improvement 4-H girls met at Peachey Lyne’s home Saturday morning to practice room arrangement. The girls taking part in the activity were: Pat Reeve, Linda Lou Dodson, Nancy Brown, Pat Miller and Peachey Lyne.
