■ '* k . Mrs. John R. Moore is a patient in the Warren Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Mattie Miller of Culpeper, a sister of Mrs. Liza Wood spent the week end with her sister and Miss Ruth Stevens. Mrs. E. R. Browning left Monday for a visit of a week with Mrs. Mary B. Eastham in Washington, D. C. Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Browning were bridge .guests Saturday evening of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Smith.

Mr. and 'Mrs. B. X Wood and daughter, Frances were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Smith at North Garden. Returning with them was Mrs. C. D. Wood who has been spending some time .with Mr. and Mrs. Smith. _ . Dudley Wood was a Sunday guest of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Smith and family.

Mr. and Mrs. Bob Johnson and son are spending several days with Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Dennis. J. G. and Ginger Russell were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Johnson at their home at Big Meadows. _ Dr. and Mrs. Thomas G. Pullen of— Baltimore spent the week end at their home in Flint Hill.

Mr. and Mrs. Dunnie Eastham visited in the Eastham home Sunday.

Mrs. Reba Lawson spent the week end with her parents at their home neaj Flint Hill.

J. Aubrey Hughes, District Supt. of the Methodist Church, was a Friday night supper guest of the Rev. and Mrs. H. G. Thach.

Robert Nethers, Carson Lillard, H. S. Barksdale and ..the Rev._and. Mrs. H. G. Thach attended the Quarterlyv Conference held Friday, November 20 in Amissville.

Mrs. Fannie Eastham, Miss Minnie ' Williams and Mrs. J. B. Williams were guests for dinner of Mrs. R. L. Massie on Friday evening at the Episcopal Guild Turkey Dinner.

Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller were Mrs. Downing Wood and the Misses Wood.
