Miss Maude E. Wallace, ate Director of Extension Service, Va. Polytechnic Institute, spoke on the topic “Your Daughter’s Future in Home Economics.”; This talk was very inspiring, giving a number of opportunities tor Home Ec graduates.

Mrs. F. F. Carr, president of Virginia Federation of Home Demonstration Clubs, gave the objectives of Our Federation.

Drawings for dopr prizes were held three times during the day. Mrs. Mabel Racer of Rappahannock winning One of these prizes.

The Courtesy Committee of which Mrs. D. D.. Miller of Rappahannock was a member presented a report of appreciation and the meeting closed after accepting an invitation front Fauquier for

i the 1956 District meeting.
