The county was, saddened Tuesday night when it learned of the., death of Mrs. J. W. Price, at the' home |of her brother, C. J. Miller, following a long period of decline j ing health.
Louise Price’s peraonality was a rich one. She was at home at the - teacher’s desk, the bridge table and the church pew alike. ,
She! was a member of the Town Council on the Men-Women Council and on the Lady Council.
For? many years, Mrs. Price was a teacher in the county schools. When those she taught grew older, 'they always found time to visit her when they came home. She meant much to them. One speaks of her smile of encouragement when he flunked a history quiz, another remembers the laugh at his boyish! pranks. To each she was a friend, to many more, a mother.
