C ; • '®t: TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, being the, duly qualified Executor of the estate of Elizabeth Eastham Brown, deceased, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder certain property owned by the decedent at the time of her death and described as follows: ; 4.172 acres of land, more or less, with houses, Outbuildings and other improvements thereon, located on and near Gay Street and Calvert Street in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia. Various articles of personal property, consisting primarily of household furniture, linens, china, silverware and the like. The sale will be conducted on the premise* at the intersection of Gay and Calvert Streets, Washington, Virginia, beginning at 10 o’clock A.M. on May 14, 1055, and continuing until all the property has been sold. The real estate, with improvement* thereon, will be offered for sale in parcels, the exact six* and description of which will be announced at the time of the sale. Terms of sale:- CASH. .
