3. Plan B herds may be tested at Federal expense when they are ready to change to,,-Plan A, and follow the provisions of that Plan provided the change is made by June 30, 1955. l 4. Herds tested prior to November 1, 1953, even though they may have negative except officially certified herds.1
5. Payments will be made for calves vaccinated with Brucella strain 1 9 vaccine from four to eight months of age in any herd in_cluding those officially certified as free from Brucellosis.,
The following herds may not be tested at Federal expense:
1. Certified herds for re-certification.
2. Certifying* test (which is the fourth successive negative test of Plan A Herds.
3. Herds tested since November. 1, 1953, with negative results.
