The object of this suit is to construe the will of Elisabeth East■ ham Brown which was admitted to probate in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, on the 12th day of February, 1955, and to direct the complainant as to the proper distribution of the bequests made to Delha Goodwin under the terms of the aforesaid will..
And affidavit having been made and filed that Lee T. Eastham, Arthur J. Eastham, Luther B. ■i Eastham, Anna Mary Anderson, Ella Eastham Jones, Sarah E. Wil» ljams, Margaret Hutton Hume, 8arah -Wilburn, Arthur V. Pace, Clarence Eastham, Lula Eastham aifd Minnie Eastham are nonrdgidents of this State; It is ORDERED that the said non-resident defendants, namely, Lee T. Eastham, Arthur J. Eastham, Luther B. Eastham, Anna Mary Anderson, :EUa Eastham Jones, Sarah E. Williams, Margaret Hutton Hume, Sarah Wilburn, Arthur V^ Pace, Clarence Eastham, Lula Eastham and- Minnie Eastham, do appear within ten (101 days after due publication of this ord^r'and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
