Extract from a decree 'of the Circuit Court of Mid County entered in the above styled cause on the 27 day of August, 1955:
On consideration whereof, the Court doth ADJUDGE, ORDER and DECREE that this cause be referred to one of the Commissioners of this Court, who is directed to inquire and report to the Cburt as follows: ‘ FIRST: All the estate, real and personal, belonging to Joshua Jacob Hudson, the incompetent re- v spondent, his share or interest therein, where situated and what is; its fee simple and annual val|SECOND:

Which said inquiries the said Commissioner shall make after first giving notice of the time and place of making said inquiries and tpking the said accounts' fo the Guardian ad Litem and counsel of record and before executing said decree, he shall give notice of the time and place thereof by publishing said notice once a week foi two consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia, which publication shall be equivalent to personal Service of such notice on all persjuns interested.
