Extract from a decree 'of the Circuit Court of Mid County entered in the above styled cause on the 27 day of August, 1955:

On consideration whereof, the Court doth ADJUDGE, ORDER and DECREE that this cause be referred to one of the Commissioners of this Court, who is directed to inquire and report to the Cburt as follows: ‘ FIRST: All the estate, real and personal, belonging to Joshua Jacob Hudson, the incompetent re- v spondent, his share or interest therein, where situated and what is; its fee simple and annual val|SECOND:

Whether the interests

of the said Joshua Jacob Hudson, incompetent, will be promoted by the sale of the real estate mentioned in the complainant’s bill, or any part thereof, and an investment of the proceeds of aale. J THIRD: What liens are against the property, their priorities and

FOURTH: Whether the rights of any person will be violated by such Ml* and investment. I FIFTH: Who would be the heirs and distributees of the said Joshup Jacob Hudson, incompetent, if he were dead, and who are all the persons who are or can be in any pray interested in this suit, and Whether all such persons are properly before the Court in this

SIXTH: What will be a failcompensation to be allowed to the cjounsel for the complainant out of the proceeds of sale of the infant’s land for her services in instituting and conducting this suit.

Which said inquiries the said Commissioner shall make after first giving notice of the time and place of making said inquiries and tpking the said accounts' fo the Guardian ad Litem and counsel of record and before executing said decree, he shall give notice of the time and place thereof by publishing said notice once a week foi two consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia, which publication shall be equivalent to personal Service of such notice on all persjuns interested.
