With only a few days l«ft before the December 5 closijng of hunting season, Rappahannock checking stations reported i seven deer checked in this week, ponging the total kill to 12, Rector’s Store, Flint Hill, reporting nine cf these.
Clarence Starks’ 215 pounder still bears the laurels foil, the largest felled, with A. L. Swindler of Sperryville, bringing! the heaviest this week, a 200 pounder, 11 points.
