Robert F. Brown, and his brother-in-law, Leroy Ho; jgard, of Portsmouth. On Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Partlov', of Culpeper, were over night guests at Barlow. Mrs. A. L. Smith and her son, Bruce Lee, of Gainesville were weekend guests oi her mother, Mrs. Helen Bruce Mrs. James M. Ya:es, Mrs. Virginia Lewis, her son Fielding Lewis, and Miss Ruth 2. Menefee spent Sunday in Ltiray with their niece, Mrs. John Robert Hudson, and Mr. Hudstn.

Mr. and Mrs. Wade Massie were supper guests Saturday evening of Mr. and Mrs. lobert E. Wood, who also had as dinner guests Thursday evening Mr. and Mrs. George Taylor and son, John Lee Taylor.

Mrs. Jack Bruce an 1 daughter, Diane, spent'Thanksgiving in Washington, D.C., w ith Mrs. Lucy W. Hawkins.

Miss Cathy Laing of i Lmissville spent Sunday with M ss Edna Yates Shaefer. , Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood, Miss Eda Finks,, Reverend A. Paul Thompson, Mrs. Thompson and Ann Rodes Thompson were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. S. R. Shackelford.
