Light yummy cakes with thick icing, creamy candy, honest to John real pies and homemade breads will make ready mixes blush with shame and hungry families drool Saturday, March 31, when the Washington Ladies Auxiliary have their Bake Sale in the firehouse from 10 ’til everything’s sold. The date is set especialy for those housewives who would like to stock, up for company on Easter, April 1st.
All members of thfc auxiliary and interested persons of the town are urged to donate home cooked food to the sale, whose proceeds will go to the Auxiliary.
