This past week end Basil C. Burke, Jr„ end W. F. Earls, owner and publisher of the Madison County £agle, published at Madison; and; the Greene County Record, published at Stanardsville, purchased the Rappahannock News from thd owner-publisher, Bruce S. Bowiei
The transaction included the Rappahannock News had all related equipment as well as the building and real estate in Washington.
