Said sale will be held AT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE COURT HOUSE IN WASHINGTON, RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA.
Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Andrew T. Flurry and Elnora Flurry, his wife, dated and recorded February 26, 1951, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit*feourt of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Rook 55, at page 386, conveying the within described lands to R. V. Snead, Trustee, to secure the payment of the debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder, the debt and obligation secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holders to be due and payable, the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, having been substituted in the place and stead of said R. V. Snead, who has resigned as shown by the resignation and appointment of said James W. Fletcher, in his place and stead by the beneficiary of the note secured by said deed of trust, all as set forth by writing recorded on March 29, 1956, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 65, page 20, said James W. Fletcher, Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, in the Town of Washington, Virginia, on Saturday, May 5th, 1956, at 10 o’clock A.M. (E.S.T.), the following described property, towit:
All that certain tract of land, situate, lying and being in the Harris Hollow of Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 84 acres, more or less, known as the “Andrew Flurry Farm”, adjoining John A. Keyser, Joseph W. Keyser, State Secondary Route No. 622, and others, being the same land acquired by Andrew Flurry as follows: Tract No. 1 contains 10 acres, more or less? and Tract No. 2 contains 20 acres, more or less, and was acquired by Andrew Flurry from W, J. Almond and Annie Miller Almond, by deed dated July 8, 1944, and recorded July 28, 1944, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 45, page 112. Tract No. 3 contains 54 acres, more or less, and was acquired by Andrew Flurry from W. J. Almond and Annie Miller Almond, by deed dated and recorded April 4, 1945, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 45, page 464.
