At 2:0Q o’clock P. M. (E.S.T.) AT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE COURT HOUSE, RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN THE

TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA all the following described property, to-wit:

All those three certain tracts or parcels of lead situate, lying and being in Marshall Magisterial District, Fauquier County, and Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing in the aggregate 374.848 acne, non or lees, and aeon fully described in a mortgage from Lucy XL Wood, Guardian, and others, to the Federal Land Bank of Baltimore, dated March 24j 1934, and recored in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Fauquier in Deed Book 189, page 437, and in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court or Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book #7, page 451, to which deed of trust reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the lands to be sold.

Being the same lands formerly owned by Charles D. Wood, who died intestate, seized of said lands, survived by his widow, Lucy H. Wood, and the childmn named in the aaid deed of trust..

The property hereby advertised is known as the “Maddo* Fans" and liee in the Counties of Rappahannock and Fauquier on a hardsurfaced road. It is an excellent grazing and cultivating farm and has 2 cattle barns^ 1 with silo attached, and 2 frame stucco houses thereon. >
