Friday where they will spend the summer months. Captain W. E. Miller, U. S. N. retired,and Mrs. Miller were guests Sunday of Capt. Miller’s uncle, R. L. Miller of Popular Shade. On their return trip to their home in Boston, they will stop at Eastford Conn, for a short visit to Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Smith who are spending some time there.

Mr. and Mrs. Wade H. Massie III and their two sons, Wade Wallahan and Michael Miller were at Bethany Beach, Del. over the week end. Mr. Massie returned Sunday. Mrs. Massie and the children will spend two weeks there and have taken a cottage.

Mrs. C. J. Miller, Miss Belle Strother and Mrs. J. W. Critter spent Friday in Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Paulson and children, John andLynn Dudley were guests over the week end of Mrs. Paulson’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell.

Mr. and Mrs. T. W. S. Davis of Virginia Beach were guests over the week end of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Davis, Jr. ? . Miss Belle Strother and C J. Miller were dinner guests Sunday of Mrs. Kitty S. Mason at the Lee Highway Hotel.

Lizzie Hamilton Eastham was a guest over the week end of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr.
