Mr. and Mrs. James uougias and their two children, Bonnie and Jay of Washington. D. C. were guests Sunday of Mrs. Bartow Brown.
Mrs. Matilda Walker and son. Hill were at home over the week end. Mrs. Walker is teaching this session , in Annandale and reports that she is much pleased with the work there. Hill is going to the High School there and they are making their home with Mrs. Walker’s brother-in-law and sister. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Marshall of Fairfax. I
Dr. and Mrs. C. J. Stuart of Petersburg, Va., were at the Stuart home here over the week end.
Mr^ind Mrs. John Cargill and their two children are with Mrs. Cargill’s parents, itfr. and Mrs. T. C. Lea for a short visit.
Mrs. Lewis J. Turner and daughter, Carolyn Gates and Mrs. J. Frank Jones who have been at Warwick, Va. with Mr. and Mrs. James M. Pharr for the past two weeks have returned to their home. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Miller of Richmond, Va., were guests over the Labor Day week end of Mr. Miller’s parents. Mr. and Mrs, D. D. Miller at “Maple Springs.” Miss Alice Mae Coughlin has returned to Washington, D. C.
