Fines do not seem to be the an* swer to lour traffic violations, perhaps better results could be obtained by impounding the car froth one to thirty days. If we had to do without the use of it for a few days each time, maybe we might become educated.

Meeting in business session November 11, 1956. the Mount Lebanon Baptist Church approved the motion to advise the owner and editors of the Rappahannock News oi its opposition to the liquor advertisements in recent issues. !j 1
We believe it is in the best in-, trrests of our county that these advertisements be discontinued. We therefore urge that this be done.
It is our firm conviction that our county newspaper can better nerform its function of helping to improve our county bv such action.
