The banner, given to the club who excells in a number of ways according to the score card that includes completion of projects, a program each meeting, and cooperation, was presented to Flint Hill Night Club, composed of sqiior 4-H members. This club also won the ribbon for the best exhibit. *
Sperryville No II Club had the largest attendance at the meeting.
Judges for the exhibits were Mrs. Junior Hawkins, Mrs. James Lillard of Washington, and Mrs. A. D. Goodsonof Flint Hill. The entire achievement program was voted the best ever held in the county, as it was adjourned bv Jaula Miller, president of the Honor Club, and master of ceremonies. Refreshments were Served at the close of the evening.
