Beckwith, H. L. Miller, Loring Anderson, end the U. S. Bouts 211. being the seme lend devised to Irene Wood Buckley for life, with remainder to certain of the above defendants, and allotted to the said Irene Wood Buckley and the said remaindermen by degree entered in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the certain chancery cause therein pending under the short style of “Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup and Irene Wood Buckley vs. Clarence Houston Wood Andenion, et al.’\ designated as chancery cause #2081, to commute the life estate in said real estate and pay to said complaintant a gross sum tn cash with the balance to be invested and held in accordance with the terms of the said will; to have the court construe Clause (7) of the said will, and enter a decree adjudicating and settling its construction and for general relief.
