ORDER OF PUBLICATION Commonwealth of Virginia, In the Clerk’* Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Rappahannock, on the 14th day ot December, 1956. ROY THOMAS JENKINS, Plaintiff, vs MARGARET DODSON JENKINS, Defendant. The object of this suit is to have the Court grant to Roy Thomas Jenkjns, the plaintiff a Degree of Divorce, A Vinculo Matrimonii, from the Defendant Miargaret Dodson Jenkins, upon the grounds of desertion. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant Margaret Dodson Jenkins is not a resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the said Margaret Dodson Jenkins do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect her interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive week# in ' the Rappahannock News a news-; paper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court house of this Court on or before the 14th day of December, 1950, and that tne Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the. said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein* and file a certificate of the fact in file oapers of this case. I
