Wayland, widow, to Rosa Bishop, recorded in Deed Book 40, at Page 334, among the land records of Rapppahannock County, Virginia, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the said property, and for other, further and general reliel; and it apppearing from Affidavit in due form of law now filed that the Defendant, Taylor W. Bishop, is not a resident of the State of Virginia; that the last known post office address of Taylor W. Bishop is 1812 G Street, N. W. Apt. 20i> Washington, D. C..
