All that certain tract or parcel of land located in the Village ol Amiseville, Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County Virginia, and bounded and described aa follows, according to a Survey made by John Boldridge, Surveyor, on November 19, 1946, to-wit: “Beginning at A. in the plat, a post planted on the northeast side of the Lee Highway, No. 211, corner to Kines Eat thence with the same, North 52° 15’ East 11. 845 Chains to B. in plat aa iron rod driven in said Esfs line corner to C. M. M. Green, thence with his line, South 31° East 4.25 Chains to C. in plat an iron rod driven, and stone pile corner to said, Green thence with his line South 52° 15’ West 11.845 Chains to D. in plat an iron rod driven in the line of the Lee Highway, coiner to said Green, thence with the northeast line of said highway, North 31° West 4.25 Chains to the point of Beginning and Containing exactly 5.00 ACRES.”
