Our Washington ladies seem to know how to most effectively raise needed funds and at the same time give the community interesting and varied entertainments in the process. In our own projects, we can, always depend on the needed ladies' touch to make them successful.
Not only do the ladies contribute so generously of their time and talents all year, they also honor us with a delightful banquet each winter. I feel that it is time that we pay honor to them, at least in word, for their years of • devoted service, and express the hope that we may continue to work side by side in the future.
