The parties ir. the above entitled cause will please take notice that on the 16th day of February, 1959, at 2:00 p.m., at my office in the Town of Washington, Virginia, I will commence the taking of the accounts directed by decree entered on the 4th day bf October, ■ 1958, in the above styled cause, an EXTRACT from said decree being as follows:' “It further appearing that this cause Should be submitted to one of the Commissioners in Chancery of this Court, it is adjudged and ordered that James M, Settle, a commissioner in chancery of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock. County, Virginia, inquire and report as follows:
1. The real estate owned by Robert H. Wines, wheresoever located. !
2. Any account of all delinquent taxes on said real estate and all other liens binding on said real estate, their amounts and the order of their priorities.
3. The rental value and the fee simple value of the real estate owned by Robert H.-Wines, and whether the rents and profits therefrom will in five years satisfy the liens binding on same, if rented out by a decree of the Court.
4. To ascertain and report whether all parries in j interest are properly before the Court.
s 5. Whether the widow of the decedent is entitled tp a dower interest in the decedent’s lands and if so, whether the! dower can be assigned in kind, and whether the widow desires an assignment in kind of dower, inthe event it is determined that it can be assigned in kind.
6. To report all matters deemed pertinent by the said Master Commissioner, and such Jmatters concerning which be is requested to report by any party in interest, if the same be pertinent to the issues in fhis cause.’’
At which time and place you are required to attend with such books, papers, vouchers and evidence, as will enable me to comply with the said order of Court.
If the said proceedings be not completed on said day, they will be adjourned from day to day at the same rime and place until completed.
