Attention Farmers
The Rappahannock County H igh School -Department of Vocational Agriculture will begin its regular evening class in Farm Machinery Repair Thursday evening, February 26, 1959 at 7:00 o’clock p.m.
We feel that this is an excellent opportunity for adults in the county to ,use the facilities in the school shop to repair or construct needed items for the home or farm.
The class will be under the direction of C. B. Pamer, Instructor of Vacational Agriculture and will also have the services of a lay instructor to assist in such areas as welding and Farm Machinery Repair. ,
There will be two meetings per week of approximately 3 hours duration. The meeting nights being Monday and Thursday and each meeting beginning at 7 p.m.
There will be no registration fees and the class members will be charged only for the school materiContinued on page 8
W.M.S. Holds Study Class .
The Womans’ Missionary Society of the Washington Baptist Church began their study class Tuesday, February 24 at the church. There will be three classes and the subject will be “Ways of Witnessing”. Sunday, March 1, Rev. John Divers will show a movie of Home Mission work at •the church at 7:30 p.m. The public is cordially invited.
The Missionary Society will observe Friday, March' 6 as a day of world ^prayer. ;
