AT A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY HELD AT THE COURT HOUSE OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTYON WEDNESDAY. FEBRUARY 4, 1959. ALL MEMBERS OF SAID BOARD BEING PRESENT. Joseph T. Warren, Resident Engineer of the Highway Department appeared before the Board v and reuested that a public hearing be set for Wednesday, March 4, 1959 at ten o’clock AM- Upon motion duly made by Supervisor Buckner and seconded by Supervisor £ M. Estes and unanimously adopted, the Board instructed its Clerk to give notice as provided by law in Title 33, Section 47 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, that a 1 Representative of the Department of Highways will meet with the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County at the Court
