County Board Votes

To Build High School

At their 'meeting Wednesday, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors voted to borrow ad- ' ditional money over and above the funds already available £o build a new county high school. _

Superintendent of Schools Q. D. Gasque appeared before the Board and explained why an additional $25,000, over what was, already available was necessary tor -construction of a new high school building, whereupon H. B. Wood made the motion to secure an additional loan of $25,000 from the Literary Fund' at 3% interest. This was seconded by A. H. Buckner and was approved by all supervisors present.
